Oh! Quesadillas are really graceful. Buy a package of flour or wheat tortillas (whichever one you fancy). Buy cheese (or veggie cheese) and adjectives the veggies that you like - tomatoes, onions, green pepper, jalapenos, etc.
Chop the vegetables into bite-sized peices. Heat up a small or medium skillet beside a bit of EVOO in the bottom (so they won't stick). Once the skillet (or pan) is correctly warm (but not too hot), slip one tortilla into the tub. Throw your cheese and veggies on top of it, spreading them to the outer areas of the tortilla. Put another tortilla on top and only just stand back and permit it cook. (similar to a grilled cheese sandwich, just check the cheese to spawn sure it's melting.) Once the cheese melt reasonably okay, flip it over and cook it slightly on the other side - or just until brown. Remove from the jar and use a pizza cutter to cut it into 8 wedges. They are a faultless finger food and taste great when dipped contained by salsa!

A delicious and glib snack, I make cedillas adjectives the time! I love my toaster oven, because we can make a queasily contained by about 3 minutes. Shred some cheese on a tortilla. I close to flour, my wife likes corn. Toast only just until cheese melts (or, you can heat at 300 or fry with only just a drop of oil on a milieu pan.) I fold mine, and I place two tortillas together, cheese to cheese, for my wife. She like salt and hot sauce. I approaching mine plain. You can put anything you want in them though, close to rice, beans, corn, steamed veggies (cook first,) veggie ground meat, salsa, lettuce, cilantro, sour cream, etc.

Saute a generous sliced protabello mushroom in olive grease. Saute onion and bell pepper in same. Place a big burrito sized tortilla in a dry skillet to be exact hot. Put in a cup of shredded cheese. put over this the sauteed veggies. Put a bit of picante sauce on top of this. Cover beside a second tortilla. Cover skillet with lid. Allow cheese to thaw. Turn whole piece over (carefully). Heat another 30 seconds. Slice approaching a pizza.Serve with guacamole on side. Essentially mash avocado with picante sauce stirred contained by.

(You can even supply canned black beans that have been drained well).
