I inevitability well brought-up, simple, vegitarian / lacto-vegetarian recipies?

I want to start eating improved, and living healthier. But living beside my parents makes it unyielding, so I want to be able to do something simple, and take home my own food. I've looked up tons of websites, and things like that, but they adjectives call for onions, and pepper, and I don't like that stuff. Can anyone suggest something?

Anything to be precise non-vegan you can create to become vegan. For example, let's say-so you love spaghetti sauce with meat. You can create a wonderful and fighting fit vegan spaghetti sauce by using indistinguishable spices, the same tomato sauce. Instead of cooking the sauce next to ground beef, you would substitute mushrooms or even marinated textured vegetable protein. You could also use seitan or tofu. Simply marinate any of these lovely soy and vegetable protein products first overnight in an Italian dressing. These will adjectives absorb any flavor you want them to.

Let's speak that you love Hungarian goulasch. You can still make a wonderful lacto-vegetarian Hungarian goulasch by using textured veggie protein, seitan or tofu. Cut the protein substitutes into the size you want...like 1 inch cubes, for example. Next, marinate the protein you've chosen overnight within an olive oil, paprika and black pepper marinade. Add these to the goulasch sauce and serve over potatoes or noodles and next to a side salad. Voila! A wonderful Hungarian goulasch a la vegan...and extremely able-bodied!

You can trademark the seitan yourself (the Buddhists like me hail as this "meat wheat") by kneading high gluten flour 15 times. You would bring 2 cups flour and add ample water to sort for a stretchy dough...start with 1/4 cup. Add more flour or dampen until you get a consistency i.e. easy to work beside. Oil your hands if the dough is sticky. Any bread flour is high-ranking in gluten. After you enjoy kneaded the flour 15 times...almost 20 minutes of punching and pulling, cut the gluten into cutlet-sized pieces. Cook these "cutlets" for 30 minutes at a slow simmer in a flavored broth. You can cook them surrounded by any good lacto-vegetarian broth...they make them surrounded by all flavors! Remove the "cutlets" from the broth. These can further be cut into strips, cubes or even smaller pieces that can be used contained by just just about any recipe as a meat substitute. Seitan can be put into the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks and frozen for 2 months.
