13 year frail Vegetarian Grocery List?

What are some things that I should ask my mom to buy? I eat dairy, but I'm not going to devour meat. Meal suggestions are appreciated. Also, less carbs/sugar is better, I'm trying to receive healthy and lose a few pounds, I don`t know.

As a mom of a vegan and a lacto-vegetarian, my suggestion is to eat as much fresh veggies and fruits as you can, although morning star and boca burgers do present protein, so do fruits and veggies. Meat substitutes like morning star and boca burgers are well-mannered for convenience, they are processed and contain lots of ingredients that you really don't need. Eating fresh foods will present you a healthier, leaner body.

Bean burritos, beans and rice, and pasta are all express easy meal. My sons favorites are veggie pot pie and 'cheesey' potatoes 'obrien...made with diced potatoes, onions and bell pepper and sprinkled with nutritional yeast to dispense it a cheesy taste.
lentils are really dutiful. Eggs too.
Try Tofu.
And tons of fresh veggies!
Why do you want a 13 year old register? Get a new one! Focus on drinking healthy and keeping influential. The weight loss will materialize naturally. Don't expect a miracle document to show up either. Start simple near one or two products, and add to that as time allows. There is no uncomplicated answer here.
Ask for a lot of salad option, like different kind of leafy greens, cucumbers, shredded carrots, nuts, and try different kind of vegetables that you might like. you need to be paid sure you get adequate protein in your diet, man only 13 and going lacto-vegetarian is hard because you are still growing, so be cautious! :) But it's really a rewarding choice when you make it.

the morning star brands are really flawless. fake meat patty, sausage, and even hot dogs and chicken.
Beans are great too. refied beans will make a great taco and taco salad!
Veggie chili is great too~! Veggie lasagna! Cheese is wholesome too!
im a 14 year old veg. and i chomp through a lot of morning star and boco products. its necessarily fake meat stuffed with protein. devour a variety of vegetables and salads and cheese products. but if your going veg manufacture sure you check the labels. read whats contained by it or else your still going to be ingestion meat [like broth] and no more gelatin [in marshmellows and oreos and yogurt etc]

I don't know your mom's budget but Amy's Kitchen food products grant vegetarian option. They have soups and some microwavable meal (the burritos are quite good) and their products which contain cheese are animal byproduct free (no rennett or enzymes). Amy's Kitchen have a cheese pizza also. There may be some other options unambiguous to you depending on if you want vegan/vegetarian meals. You may own to go beside your mom and help her check out the ingredients to fashion sure that she doesn't pick up something that contains an ingredient you won't consume.
