Yes I do, I think that if you constraint your red meat in bear to once a week at most and stay away from all processed foods and additives you will be fine. Fish, chicken, pork, lamb, turkey, and beef are fine as long as you acquire grass feed, or natural meats. NO lunch meat, or canned meat. Limit your frozen meats and breed sure you have a set off with adjectives grains, fruits, and leafy green vegetables. Meat contained by a whole form is a great source of protein.

I cogitate one has to use devout judgement and eat a diverse diet. The fact is, at hand are a lot of associates out there who enjoy lived long and healthy lives, and enjoy meat in their diet. I reckon everything in moderation is the switch factor here.
My father is 70 years old and have eaten meat every time of his life. he is 6'1" and 185 pounds so he is not flab or unhealthy. Meat does provide things to your body that fruit and vegatables do not. I will never stop consumption meat!!
Actually fish is VERY healthy for you. It have omega 3!
i like ingestion meat because it taste perfect and it is natural human forage. Also why the * do you hippies thought if i eat a cow, cows be created by humans the species wouldnt be around if it wasnt for humans. To continue beside stop releasing turkeys from turkey farms into the squally. You should not do this because there not genuine turkeys they are genetically changed to have larger breast and swallow better. They also cant fly and there feathers bodies are smooth to spot for preditors like coyotes. So i dont comfort if you dont eat meat but stop trying to convince me i shouldnt because you found some evidince that some things give or take a few meat are not good for you. There are alot more things roughly speaking meat that are benificially than are bad. So if you dont want to devour meat thats fine but stop trying to push your ideals on me.
