I bought some mascara and I'm a vegan. I be wondering if it's okay to use (doesnt' have any animal products)
Here is what the ingredients said. I'm not sure why there's a customer code nominated as well near the ingredients.
CABBOMER, PVP, IMIDA20LIDINYLUREA, ALCOHOL, WATER, IRON OXIDES, IRON OXID, CUSTOMER CODE GRA302
MAY CONTAIN
D&C RED NO.7 CA
If possible, please list sources.
Answers:
The ingredients don't contain animal products, but it may hold been tested on animals.
does it say that it was tested on animals?
depends on the brand.
if you want, i can email you a enumerate of vegan-friendly companies.
i think its lacto-vegetarian, but then again, i could be wrong.
If you own already bought it why are you worrying? The point of not buying these things is to keep the companies from making money rotten of it. If you've already bought it, it's going to do no good to spend it and throw it out. Just use it and do some research before you shop subsequent time.
The ingredients look vegan to me. But contact the company and ask if the finished product or any of the ingredients enjoy been tested on animals. (If they dont answer at adjectives, take it as a yes.) Many companies dont audition finished products on animals, but the separate ingredients have be tested which is just as fruitless. And for that reason they cant sticky label their product as "not tested on animals".
It's good that you enjoy found a mascara without beeswax. (many contain that) what brand is it?
