If they won't serve vegan food, constraint a refund. They don't hold to serve vegan food, but we don't own to do business with them. Do they expect the child to turn hungry? Don't do business with them if they do.
Write to the local daily about in attendance carelessness, if they won't sort accommodation to permit the vegan child put away by either serving lacto-vegetarian foor or making an exception to the rule.
Tell them that if they expect to enforce the No Outside Food rule, then they better be prepared to grant vegan option on their menu.
That is how the fun center makes money. Ask if they can supply a lacto-vegetarian diet...If not go somewhere else that can accomodate you.
