This is really a good cross-examine. All overweight people enjoy different problems why they are overweight. Some of them don't do sports. Vegetarianism has zilch to do with sports, so this could be a grounds (this is the reason for myself.). When you give birth to a child you somethimes stay a little overweight, too. Also zilch to do with vegetarianism.

My personal belief on overweight in common is: Sugar is much worse than fat! Just because a lacto-vegetarian doesn't eat animal-fat doesn't tight-fisted he/she should be thin! Sugar is devilish!! Hey, even contained by bread there's sugar! SUGAR everywhere! Think of softdrinks.. sugar! Sugar is even in some products specially for vegetarian! Like vegetarian sausages! And suppose of candy! I could never live without chocolate cookies! Then I prefer to stay a short time overweight. I am still healthy, so why should I (or anyone else) comfort?!

just because they are lacto-vegetarian doesnt mean they put away healthy.the dont put away anything that comes from animal.eating candy isnt against veganism

there are plenty of sugary and lofty fat foods that vegans and vegetarian can still eat that do not contain meat or animal products


Vegetarians can be obese if they don't do vegetarianism correctly. For example, vegetarian can still eat cheese, eggs, potato chips, guacomole, cookies, cake, pies, etc. If you live off of with the sole purpose these fatty foods, you will be fat whether you are lacto-vegetarian or not.

I've never heard of a flab vegan- they don't eat anything near any fat surrounded by it (no animal products).

I'm a chubby lacto-vegetarian. I also ride in long distance bicycle rides. But I love to munch through! I'm fairlly self destructive and eat agency more than I should and what I shouldn't. Being vegan doesn't involve being adjectives alike, just similar to all cheeseburger eaters resembling Jackie Chan movies.


This is because they are not getting a well rounded diet. The healthiest diet/way to devour, is to eat proportionate meal from EACH of the four food groups. That is the only channel that you body will get adjectives of the nutrients that it needs to function properly.

They are eating too much!
Carbs pack on the solidity and have disastrous effects on your blood sugar. I am on a low carb dignified protein diet. and I lost weight - I really don't even verbs about tubby too much!


Well, why are some meat eaters shrunken?


because no matter what you munch through ,it is the total amount of calories you consume , not the kind ,podgy, carb, etc. even a cow eats by and large grass and will gain weight if satisfactory is eaten.

The same apology why some meat eaters are. They take within more calories then they "spend". Vegetarians devour alot more then low calorie vegetables. Lots of foods are can be superior in calories and flabby and if anyone eats too much of them, coupled near little or no exercise, they will gain weight.
