how hoary be you when you become a lacto-vegetarian?


I am thirteen years old, do you suppose its a ok age? I was thinking until I'm eighteen but I lately can't wait!

i've only be a vegetarian for 9 months.. i'm 19 right immediately but i was 18 when i started.. i numeral you do it when you want to.. although it may be harder for the younger people a short time ago because you'll have to chomp through wherever and anything your parents get you.. hopefully they will be supportive of you, though..

The sooner the better. You do NOT need to chomp through meat to get the needed proteins that your body requirements. You will feel a LOT better for it and live a healther go by going raw! Go for it.

I own a girlfriend who started when she was only just 10 years old! She is 28 immediately! She wouldn't have it any other course. Just enlist your Moms or Dads support, whomever cooks your food. They will support you if you educate yourself and after teach them why you want to do this.
Truth is it is a much improved diet at any age! I have friends who are raise their kids vegetarian and finding that they catch sick less! Try reading Diet for A New America by John Robbins. It will relieve you feel honest about your declaration and help you to uphold it to whomever challenges you.

Oh, I almost forgot to enlighten you I was 20 years weak when I went lacto-vegetarian and I was 26 when I progressed to Vegan. I want I had strarted sooner.

I never really liked meat, even as a kid I would one and only eat the vegetables.
I hold been lacto-vegetarian now for 10 years. Learning how to obtain all the nutrition your body requests is important.
At thirteen that's fine. Just bring in sure you get adequate iron.
One thing I do is cook tomatoes surrounded by a cast iron container so the tomatoes absorb iron. Eat plenty of murky, leafy green vegetables, broccoli is an excellent source of iron too.
Tofu and lentils will give you adjectives the protein you need.

I become a vegetarian when I be 15, I've been one for 1yr and 7 months. I focus it's ok for you to be a veggie. Just make sure you thieve vitamins and get adequate protein and iron from other foods.

I am a lacto-vegetarian (no eggs, yes dairy, no fish) since I was born. My family connections is a few generations lacto-vegetarian. I really don't know if it is right or wrong age - I can't even digest meat - it makes me physically poorly. You need to do what is right for you. Just remember that the protein you win from meat does have to be substituted the best you can surrounded by your new diet - lentils, tofu/soy, etc. Because you can confidently hurt your health if you don't acquire enough protein. The protein is not impossible to tell apart but similar to what you need. Hope this help!

When my son was greatly young our Dr. give us a hard time in the region of being Vegetarian. She try ed to generate my wife give the babe milk and meat without recounting me. we made a deal next to her that we would ask a Nutritionist, and what ever they said, we would do. After we talked to the Nutritionist and explained just about haw all the vitamins the child needed can come from plant based foods , She told the Dr. that our newborn was intake better than she was, and that she be trained in this Field. With out Milk within his diet he has never have an ear ache

I was 9 when my parents converted to a natural vegan diet, which is what I still am (at 29).
