A examine almost vegetables for food / or lacto-vegetarian view?

What makes it ok to munch through a vegetable and not an animal? they are both living things,

And whats your opinion on adjectives the pesticides , herbicides , and fertilizers that are used to raise vegetables?

Those things enjoy a impact on the environment , the runoff kills fish , kill bugs and invertibrates , affects birds and other animal reproduction . Not to mention farming affects wildlife habitat to an extent

Answers:
hey Babe... I'll own the fillet Mignon... (med rare) skewered venison.. (nicely soaked within some sauce barbecued to perfection, baked potato, WITH BACON, that's what I'm have what are you gonna have.
I come up with people can assert eating vegetables better to themselves b/c it isn't normally that a carrot smiles when you pet it behind the ears. Perhaps they consider that since a vegetable have no heart, ( soul?) or whatever.

Whats beside the vegetarians who put away fish?

Yes production of vegetables has a massive impact on the surrounding environment but that can't be the argument against it, the environmental impact of raising livestock is detrmental as all right.

To each their own but everyone should know why they exploit the way they do and I guess surrounded by this case be prepared to defend it...
If you are former first grade, you would own learned that plants hold no central distressed system, no brain, no nerve ending and no ability to discern pain. You would also know that the plant does not die when it give up its produce-it just keep on producing it. I grow organic vegetables year round surrounded by both indoor hydroponic and outdoor gardens, and have never hear one of my plants wince in cramp. I use no pesticides, herbicides or animal poop. You really should quit trying to justify drinking dead animals by dictum plants are bad for the environment-its not a logical argument. By the track, how much of those plants and grains do you suppose those meat animals devour to get unhealthy enough for slaughter? Enough to cease world hunger..
Animal cruelty is not my reason for consumption vegetarian, so both individual living things is immaterial. We own to eat something.

Eating meat have a larger impact on the environment - even if you don't address the other issues, it takes much more estate to grow a pound of usable animal protein than a pound of usable vegetable protein - and the difference is an order of magnatude (i.e. approx 10 times as much). That make animal protein very extravagant any way you look at it. I choose not to add on to that. Eating no meat means that we own to farm smaller quantity land - that`s why affecting far less habitat, far smaller number environment.

I'm not comfortable about the ways we grow our food, but I'm also aware that not adjectives pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers are bad. I'm greatly concerned about petroleum base fertilizer. I generally opt for natural but not always. We can own a big impact by not only consumption vegetarian, but focusing on food explicitly in season locally - of late say no to the strawberries contained by November.
The way I look at it in need using all our brains, it is much safer NOT to guzzle animals and dairy products! Period, the end, within I said it!
vegetables may be "alive", but they do not have a heart, lungs, eyes, etc. they are not sentient beings close to animals are.

i don't believe in the conventional agriculture methods used these days. that's why i purchase adjectives my produce and veggies organic... beside the exception of mushrooms (the only shrooms that come life are shitake... and those taste close to ish to me). i believe these toxic chemicals put in conventional foods organize to disease. it's simply not natural to put pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and adjectives the other -cides in our body!

everything have an impact on the environment today. i know that what my family and i do might not even correct the world, but hey, at least we're trying to do our factor! we use energy restructured lightbulbs, drive a honda civic, recycle, and do not eat any animal.

best wishes.
Vegetables enjoy no central scared system which would scientifically imply they cannot quality pain. For me, I believe that adjectives animals have a spirit, and I do not believe contained by killing things near a spirit.

I hate adjectives the chemicals used to raise vegetables, I believe it's not simply bad for the environment, but ruinous for consumers as well. I buy natural or locally grown vegetables when I can.

I see it as you kinda have to pick and choose your battle. To me, the environmental effects of the meat industry far outweigh the bad of chemical husbandry. Hopefully one day, we will realize a time where things are essentially done, and there is minimal environmental spoil.
I'm probably going to be disqualified by some of the respondents, because I am not a pure vegetarian. I also get through fish (protein you know!) eggs, and cheeses.
I guess I just really similar to vegetables best. They taste appropriate, come in so oodles varieties and in attendance are so many ways to get through them, cooked or raw.
I remember drinking hot dogs years ago, and the greasy feel I get on my tongue and the roof of my mouth. Never get that near a carrot! Hopefully, you will get some kinder answers and find what you are looking for.
The lacto-vegetarian diet isn't for everyone. So just munch through what you like. In moderation, I assume most diets can be made healthy
