I eat seriously of brocolli, green beans and asparagus. I'm not much of a cook, but I would like some simple design for giving them a little sort - prefer something that doesn't include cheese or the addition of too much butter. Thanks.

the best i had be pan seared near olive oil, brackish and a chopped up garlic- yummy! But I also like the southern green beans where on earth you put them in a pot beside water, a turkey tail, some seasoning to love (like salt, pepper and nature seasonings by mccormick i think) and a chopped up onion and let that boil and mmmmmmm soooo biddable :)

You could put them in foil beside a little butter and spices, put fish on top, fold the foil and after bake.

Green beans can be sauteed with slivered almonds and a squeeze of lemon, or baked surrounded by foil with butter and some fresh thyme and rosemary. Or steam them, afterwards saute with garlic and a diced tomato. Also apt with some snipped bacon.
Asparagus is great grilled, or baked contained by foil with butter. It's also great near hollandaise. My husband loves it chilled with a vinaigrette.

We put Lemon Pepper in our Green Beans to dispense them more flavor. Tastes really good! Thats how my Hubby other made them & when I went to try them for the first time I be unsure of what they would taste approaching, but they are very honourable! Just sprinkle the Lemon Pepper in w/ the Green Beans & consent to them cook as usual. You can add as much or as little as you close to for your taste nouns.
CHILI and lots of it probably don't you might burn your mouth. But good on you for getting lots of greens into your body I choice I'd be able to do indistinguishable
