Going Vegetarian?

I've been thinking almost it lately and the only entry I'm worried about is form issues. What would you suggest investing in, contained by order to verbs good condition while being meat free. I've hear B12 supplements and Flax seed grease? Are these good? Would you suggest more?

I'm a vegetarian. What I did be go online and find the lacto-vegetarian food pyramid, and go by that. Yes both are good also drink beanns and nuts for protien. The doctor does bloodwork every year during my physical to make sure i'm not short in vitamins and it have never been a problem
Bloody hellfire, there are proteins within vegetables. Eat properly, you don't need suppliments. I don't use them and I'm positively fine.
