Another banana query, for someone near low potassium how soon in the past the banana starts to replenish the?

potassium, and how many a daytime can you have of said fruit, and can you over do the amount of bananas, I love them on bread and butter, a moment ago going to get a banana sandwich.

Answer:
it should replenish right away. I similar to them too, but don't know about putting them on bread and butter.
Eat your banana beside orange liquid -- they jump start respectively other. Too many bananas and you may return with constipated. Otherwise, enjoy.
30 min to 1 hour it will be rapt
Shouldn't be long. I have hear of a case of someone overdosing on potassium, but she ate something close to fifteen cans of tomatoes surrounded by a day as bit of some crazy diet and experienced heart palpitations. Yikes. It's good to hold about 3-4 servings of fruit a afternoon. They are pretty high surrounded by sugar.
A banana a day is a honest rule of thumb, to keep you surrounded by
check, but they are fattening.
it should be about 20 minutes. sometimes i might enjoy four bananas a day but later i'll go a week or so in need any.
bananas do have alot of potassium, potatos contain some potassium too.. Here's a simple recipe lift eagle brand can milk mix with mash potato and mashed banana. mix contained by some frozen cubes of orange liquid.. add surrounded by a little caramel put mixture surrounded by parfai glass top near whipped cream and a cherry.. ( recipe see in Readers Digest)
Unless your consumption about 40 a hours of daylight I doubt you can overdose on banana's.

As for how long it will take to restore your potassium level I think you should ask a DR not us.
