An egg is a vegetatian or non-vegatarian product?

Answers:
Some vegetarians (ovo-vegetarians) choose to get through eggs, vegans do not. Eggs are acceptable as a lacto-vegetarian food because the chicken does not have to be kill to obtain it, and it is not flesh.
It can be. It is ovo-vegetarian. It is not lacto-vegetarian.
Its a chicken.its NOT vegatarian
They're unfertilized eggs, so they're technically not meat. They're not ok for vegans because they're animal products, but should be fine for vegetarians. No animals are kill in the process of obtain them.
I don't know!!
An egg is technically vegetarian because it isn't flesh, but it most categorically contributes to the suffering and death of a fellow animal.

Hens are some of the most exploited animals on the planet. 5-11 are kept within one cage at a time so cramped they can't turn around or spread their wing. 98% are kept in cage, 75% are in cage THEIR ENTIRE LIVES. Their beaks are seared bad (without any anesthesia) so they don't attack each other when driven insane by absence of stimulation. They choke on the fumes of their own feces. When production is down, we starve and dehydrate the hens to shock them into another laying cycle. When they are no longer adjectives for egg production because their bodies are so frail and weak from constant maltreat, they are sent to slaughter in uninsulated trucks exposed to disorderly weather conditions.

Even if people did not guzzle chickens, they would still be disposed of when they no longer produce enough eggs to be economically viable. Eggs are contained by no way compatible next to the vegetarian ethic. To consume them is blatant hippocrisy.

I fyour a Vegan egg comes from animals so well you cant put away it. But if your a casual lacto-vegetarian depends what you think. I your making dinner ask them!
An egg is a property of a chicken that laid it. Even though it is not meat when unfertilized, it is not a vegetable. Eggs consumption supports animal ownership, and cruelty to chickens. Chicken is one of the most abused dairy farm animals.

Many of so called "free range" chickens live within windowless sheds, and males are still killed because they cant lay eggs. Free collection chickens are certainly not free contained by a true sense of the word.

Best choice for anyone concerned about treatment of chickens is to abstain from eggs.
