Which should we drink most: cellary or bannanahs?

just wanna know which one is better for you!

Celery is a worthy choice, because it provides a decent amount of Vitamins surrounded by it, and also help you burn calories when you drink it (It takes more calories to burn celery than the celery give you, if only a couple of calories.)

Bananas own a bunch more nutrients in them, and are immense, therefore will bring in you feel more full.

Either one is righteous, but i'd reccomend Bananas, just 'cause I prefer the piece of Bananas. Meh, to each their own.

banannas have more nutrients and protein whereas celery is deeply just cellulose and sea. celery isn't bad but it doesn't submission much other than anyone a good filler.
Celery is better for you. Its outstandingly alkalizing, has big water and mineral content, and no heavy. Bananas are good for you, but they do hold fats. Bananas are a virtuous source of potassium
Celery is better for you. It is known as a glum food, because it takes more strength to chew and eat than what is surrounded by it. Since celery has little or few calories.
celery have fiber and negative calories because you burn calories while chewing, but bananas enjoy potassium and taste a bit better...haha
