1. Is the banana that is used surrounded by vegan banana cake as polite for you as if you just ate it unprocessed? If not, would I be better off not drinking it at all? I don't approaching raw banana.
2. Is it ok to chomp through chickpeas every day?
Answers:
Usually you lose some nutritional efficacy when you cook a raw fruit or veggie. Whether or not you'd be better stale with no banana (heh, that sounds funny), I would devise, depends on how healthy the cake itself is. Are you putting greatly of sugar and white flour into it?
If you're eating can chickpeas every day, and this be already mentioned above, be aware of the fact that they hold a lot of sodium. I other rinse canned vegetables really powerfully; the cookbooks I use claim that it eliminates more or less half of the brackish.
It is ok to eat chickpeas every afternoon.
No... bananas wouldn't be as good for you used within a cake recipe. To that you're adding sugar, white flour, butter or grease... none of which are particularly perfect for you.
Chickpeas are very low contained by saturated curvy and cholesterol. They are also a very dutiful source of dietary fiber, Vitamin B6 and Folate, and a very appropriate source of Manganese. But are high within sodium and carbohydrates. I would say you could own them every day, but cut-off date your portions size... don't overindulge.
A cup of chickpeas has 286 calories.
I agree that after baking it contained by a cake with sugar and podginess, it loses some of it's goodness. Do you approaching banana pudding? Cause you could try that to get more lightly cooked banana into your diet. Blend mashed banana near soft tofu, vanilla, and sugar/stevia. Tasty!
About the chickpeas. my boyfriend and I have notice lately that we have become a bit dependent on them in our diet...hummus, felafel, curries, etc. I don't believe eating them every morning will bring harm to anyone surrounded by moderation. However, I also believe that eating diverse foods is better for you. Maybe it's time to learn to love a unknown bean? Try borlottis, cannellinis, or flageolets.
