What do you devour on a typical daylight (vegans and vegetarian only)?

Breakfast: muesli and plain yogurt or a smoothie with frozen fruit and yogurt

Lunch: I usually trademark big batches of soup and freeze them contained by little containers so they're easy to put away. And not just wimpy vegetable soup, pious hearty soup near lots of beans. I really enjoy sandwich with the Yves veggie meat too (the salami is the best)

Dinner: Chili, curries, stirfries,

I cook alot with TVP (texturized vegetable protien) - it's much easier to use than tofu and much cheaper. You can buy it within dry chunks or slices from bulk stores and you reconstitute it with hot hose. It absorbs sauce better than tofu. Most veggie "meats" are made of TVP. It's great contained by chili or curries.

Also a great product is the deep fried tofu puffs, they can be added to stir-frys lacking being marinated close to other tofus. They absorb the sauce really capably, they're like little tofu pillows.

The knob to being a successful lacto-vegetarian is making large amounts of food and freezing it for next....then you don't own to worry going on for prep all the time and you won't resort to expensive straightforward meals....not every sunshine at least.

I eat greatly of rice and salad but I'm new to this duration style.
if i consistency like cooking i spawn vegan burgers next to garlic and grilled onions and veggie cheese.or pasta with artichokes and olives and parmesan cheese(fresh)always chomp through steamed or sauteed vegggies,dark green as i do not drink milk,YUCK! or if i don't cook i simply eat apples,veggie slices,genisoy hotel,carrot sticks baked lays, or whatever, if i remember to guzzle anything. i love garbanzo beans(hummus)yes! brown rice! that's all i can remember right in a minute gotta go to the store...and i am mixed see to answer your question.(american)
I'm big on plentiful salads filled to the top near a variety of leaves and veggies. Beans, adjectives wheat pasta, or brown rice add some protien and texture. Nuts and fruit as in good health. Then there's oatmeal or another hot cereal, or cold cereal with rice milk for breakfast. Dinner is usually more thought out end in hubby eats meat. So I'll label a whole particle dish that is my daughter's and my largest dish, but hubby's side. Then 2-3 different vegetables. And if I don't feel close to cooking one of a few fast food joint (Chipotle, Subway, Chinese) hits the spot!
Lunch: MorningStar Farms Philly Cheese Steak Burger on a wheat roll.

Dinner: Amy's Organic Broccoli Pot Pie next to Cheddar Cheese Sauce. My cousin got me hooked on 'em.

Same entity...every day. It's appropriate stuff.

Sometimes, late at hours of darkness, if I'm hungry I'll make a peanut butter and marshmallow quesadilla. It's really scrumptious.

i'm white and this is what i typically eat:

peanutbutter covered toast, soy milk, or even oatmeal.
beans, or doesn`t matter what i can find full of nutrients
what ever momma cooks take away the meat
I usually go to briskly food places and get things that don't hold meat and almost always I can bring back them to make something lacking the meat.
