I was wondering how i could maintian a vege diet short affecting my family, they get through meat-and arent prepared to stop (fair enough). How could i work around this problem?
And what are some great substitutes?

Fish and chicken are animals. Vegetarians do not get through animals ever. There is no such thing as a semi or partial lacto-vegetarian either. Either you are or you aren't.
You could other replace the meat with a faux meat product if you are chitchat about dinner time. Other afterwards that, just product sure you eat a ably balanced respectable breakfast and lunch. There is a great book for teens called vegetables rock! next to nutrition info and recipes.
According to me, fish and chicken are non-veg. U can use tofu, mushrooms, potatoes as subsitutes.
You can cook ur own food and mind it intake and living animal is considred as NON Veg. Eat beans and many more protein rich vegetables.
I only get through seafood and chicken myself.
So I guess I'm considered a partial vegetarian?
My loved ones doesn't shop around my eating habbits.
Veggy burger is really biddable. I tried it at a texaco and fell in love near it. Heh.
ramen noodles are a really good substitute and pretty cheap when i travel to friends' house for the weekend and they're eating stomach flipping types of meat that i won't touch next to a 100 foot pole.
i'm only 14, i've be a semi-vegetarian for a few years. i seem to be surrounded by pretty good form. i eat chicken and seafood though so i guess that's the most important thing in your favour my *** because my family eat chicken alot and i always hold access to seafood because i live in teh south. so i guess me and you are two different cases.
