A lacto-vegetarian will not eat any animal product, nor wear any product that comes from an animal. They not singular exclude dairy from their diet, but a true vegan will not even devour honey or white sugar (which uses beef bones to process it, believe it or not!) If you've ever been around a sugar processing plant and wonder what stinks, that's it.
I work next to, and serve (at my summer job) many vegans, and they even turn out out vegan wine (yes...near is such a thing.)
They enjoy many alternatives to meat protien available to them, and usually read nutrition better than most folks. Most vegans I know are more health concious than non-vegans and organize a more natural, top soil friendly life style.
I am not a lacto-vegetarian myself but do respect the choice. I could never give up cheese or seafood and so I don't attempt to be even a lacto-vegetarian. I love food of all kind too much. I am a chef by profession and so must handle adjectives kinds of foods, including meat, which I do eat, but contained by small amounts and not every day.
Many nation become vegan to lose counterweight as well, and close up remaining vegan after the loss, which virtually other occurs by the road.

They don't understand they are not producer (you in reality have snuff out living things to survive) They like to quote like mad information that is false and from biased sources. They don't read fact or reasoning awfully well. Like for instant that approaching to believe that are built for merely for eating plants which is false. In certainty we are omnivores, capable of any eating meat or plants.(see sources ) The solitary true reason to be lacto-vegetarian or vegetarian is for ethical,or condition body if cant handle meat. frankly don't see different from intake a plant or animal since all only made about cell and evolution.
