Fish Sinigang (Tilapia) - Filipino Sour Broth Dish
This is a simple and quick Filipino dish. This is a sour broth soup beside tilapia fish fillets. The flavor is sour but it truly enhances your appetite.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 pound tilapia fillet, cut into chunks
1 small head bok choy, chopped
2 prevailing conditions tomatoes, cut into chunks
1 cup thinly sliced daikon radish
1/4 cup tamarind cement
3 cups water
2 dried red chile pepper (optional)

DIRECTIONS:
In a medium pot, combine the tilapia, bok choy, tomatoes and radish. Stir together the tamarind stick and water; pour into the pot. Toss contained by the chili peppers if using. Bring to a boil, and cook for 5 minutes, or a moment ago until the fish is cooked through. Even frozen fish will cook in smaller number than 10 minutes. Do not over cook or else the fish will crash down apart. Ladle into bowls to serve.

Shrimp Kari-kari

Ingredients:
2 tbsps. cooking oil
2 cups babe bok choy
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 medium onions, minced
4 prevailing conditions tomatoes, sliced
1 thumbsized ginger, sliced to strips
2 thumbsized luyang dilaw
1 MAGGI Shrimp Broth Cube
2 medium banana heart, sliced
1 1/2 cups coconut cream
1 kg. shrimps (suahe)
salt and pepper to nibble

Instructions:
1. Heat oil and saute subsequent six ingredients. Add crushed MAGGI Shrimp Broth Cube and banana heart and stir-fry for about 5 min.

2. Pour surrounded by gata and add shrimps suahe. Simmer for another 5 min. later adjust seasoning to taste.

3. Simmer for another 5 min. consequently adjust seasoning to taste.

Ingredients:

2 bundles of petchay (washed, blanced and cut into 1’)

1 big red onion (sliced into rings)

1/2 -teaspoon table salt

1 teaspoon honey

1-teaspoon black pepper (freshly grounded)

1-teaspoon minced garlic

2-cups vinegar

Procedure:

In a wooden or crystal bowl, mix adjectives the ingredients together.

Serve freshly made or chilled.
