Nopales are a vegetable made from the young stem segment of prickly pear, carefully peel to remove the spines. They are particularly adjectives in their local Mexico.
Nopales are generally sold fresh or can, less normally dried to prepare nopalitos. They have a insubstantial, slightly tart flavor, and a crisp, mucilaginous texture
Nopales are enormously rich in insoluble and especially soluble dietary fiber. They are also rich contained by vitamins (especially vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin K, but also riboflavin and vitamin B6) and minerals (especially magnesium, potassium, and manganese, but also iron and copper). Nopales have a large calcium content, but the nutrient is not biologically available because it is present as calcium oxalate, which is neither highly soluable nor slickly absorbed through the intestinal wall.[1]

CACTUS, dont know why they would be correct for you
Nopales are a vegetable made from the childish stem segments of prickly pear, painstakingly peeled to remove the spines. They are expressly common within their native Mexico. ... huevos con nopales (eggs near nopal), or "tacos de nopales". I imagine they're terrifically good for you.
nopales are cactus, and as far as I know they don't hold that great of nutritive value, especially if they are pickled which I hold seen. They are to some extent tasty surrounded by eggs and other things but I wouldn't buy them on purpose.
Cactus paddles...they have a fair-minded amount of dietary fiber, a good amount of magnesium and a few vitamins. Low oil and vegetarian!
