HEART HEALTHY MEDITERRANEAN SALAD
spinach leaves
olive oil
green squash
black olives
tomato (s)
dried Rosemary, oregano, thyme and Italian seasoning
garlic powder
black and red pepper
mozzarella cheese,grated
croutons
Cut Spinach Leaves into strips. Put in a bowl for a salad.
Mix together within a separate bowl olive oil, squash, olives, tomato, seasonings, and cheese.
Toss on salad. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes or overnight.
Top beside croutons and serve. Makes a quick, well salad!

HEALTHY POTATO SOUP
3 cups potatoes, cubed
1 cup water
1/2 cup carrot, sliced
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/2 tsp. brackish
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 1/2 cups lowfat milk
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 lb cheese, grated
Cook the vegetables (first 5 ingredients) until done. Don't drain!
Add next 4 ingredients (bouillon through cheese). Cook until thicken.
Makes 3 - 4 servings.
have your tried keefer? I mix keefer (carbonated yogurt) beside pomogranite juice within the morning. I only drink soy, and step wild next to nuts. Tofu is a great substitute too. My kids love the tofu hotdogs, if fact dont identify the difference from regular. Lots of options out here.
I love rainbow or swiss chard cooked over the stove with veggie broth!
Also, baked tomatoes. or sliced natural cucumber soaked in lemon near a teeny bit of salt (you honestly own absolutely NO perception just how AMAZING that is).
for vegetable recipe i you know sayote vegetables stir it and supply small amount of beef ground,chicken or pork that you want to make piece.stir in garlic,onion put the meat and the knor cube or any class for taste and incorporate black pepper half cup of sea boil in 5Min's and done.if you can for a moment stick soup stir corn starch in small amount of river and put and mix it.
if you like pumpkins and if you know the long beans put that together same procedure within sayote but meat is cube slice and add coconut milk not the corn starch.
Kinaja [5 servings]
1 cup ginger juice
2 kiwis, peel and sliced
3 ripe bananas, sliced
3 pineapple rings
1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
2 cups crushed rime
In an electric blender, mix together orange liquid, kiwi, bananas, pineapple, and pineapple juice until ably blended. Pour the mixture into a pitcher.
Place the ice within the blender, then pour the fruit mixture over the rime. Process until the ice is blended within with the fruit juice.

Cabbage on the Grill [8 servings]
1 large chief cabbage
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder, or to taste
saline and pepper to taste
Preheat grill for environment heat.
Cut the cabbage into 8 wedge, and remove the core. Place all the wedge on a piece of aluminum foil large ample to wrap the cabbage. Season to taste near garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Seal cabbage surrounded by the foil.
Grill for 30 to 40 minutes on the preheated grill, until tender.
