who here is a vegetarian because they expect meat is dead, it's something like eating (once) living creatures etc. and who is a lacto-vegetarian because they think it's well again? or do you have any other reason?
Answer:
for me its about the cruelty to animals.
I live as an arable park owner in a gardening community and, no matter how discouraging you think the treatment is, i can without risk say its worse than anything you can have an idea that of.
Veggie for 27 years.
The first 3 answers are absolutely typical of meateaters.
The plants surface pain entity is farsical.
Have any of them ever seen an animal or plant ? Have they ever taken the time to shift and see a few cows , sheep, chickens etc ?They all own characters, feeling, thought processes, dull pain, affection....plants have none of these things because they own no nervous system or thought processing heart.
Saying plants are the same as animals is newly a way of burying your organizer in the sand to the cruelty you sponsor by trying to distract from the TRUE discussion.
And the "it was intended to be eaten because it taste so good".....not even worth answering that totally illogical arguement
oh dear ( to the anwser below )...Are some family really saying they cannot see the difference between plants and animals ?
i suspect that answer is newly as i describe above, a meateater way of avoiding the issue.
Can you please re-read your answer. To "feel" something wants a nervous system. you say aloud plants don't have one, and even so they feel....how ? Please describe the physical method as how a plant lacking a nervous system can quality. You then use the word "react" as if its like thing. Reaction is the result of a physical stimulus. A rock "reacts" when i roll it over, it moves, the bottom get damp and the top get dry. By your statement, i guess your also saying a rock "feels" dull pain, are you ?
As far as I imagine, just close to animals, plants are living creatures as well. when you sea it, it soaks it up and when you break it to cook it dies. So I think to be a lacto-vegetarian is a waste of time.
if we weren't meant to devour meat then why does it fondness so good
Every food used to be alive , both vegetables and meats, and we are of late fooling ourselves if we say that plants are not as averse to self eaten.
What I do is hand over thanks for the food I am just about to eat.
Maybe in attendance will be a time when we will simply use chemicals eg tablets, fluids etc.
I would love to be a vegetarian because of condition reasons, but solid proof abounds that some fish and a bit meat also is healthy.
For Michael H
To say that plant do not surface anything is simply ''farsical''.
The fact that they do not hold a nervous system close to our is true, but plants do react contained by many cases. Their internal and external communication system is a chemical one. The reality that we don't perceive it does not mean that does not exist.
It as to say-so that fishes since do not scream do not be aware of pain !
Plants are live beings an thei die within boiling water alive, non similar to animal that beforehand are killed !!
Try to have an idea that with your guide !
I'm a Vegetarian because specifically what I'm born to be. Get it?
robustness
i am a lacto-vegetarian because of personal choice i know its not the most healthy.....it have been so long and very soon it is more of a way of duration....the thought of killing when unwanted is cruel...
I'm a lacto-vegetarian because the idea that meat is a piece of an animal's body is plenty to make me throw up.

Absolutely.. I do not believe our bodies THRIVE on eating a diet next to flesh. We can live on meat but with time our form breaks down on this diet. I think 99.9% of adjectives our health problems comes from ingestion that way.

If a person would not drink their own pet, why would think it's OK to drink another animal?
Personally I do it because I consider it's wrong to eat animals. Many associates do it for health reason which is also a factor.
I am for masses reasons. But the biggest use is because the idea of ingesting a corpse make me nauseous.
Sorry, but I love animals.
I just couldn't envision eating any animal. And considering the certainty that pigs are slaughtered when they are 4 months old, chickens 1.5 months ripened, and cows 6 months old (veal cows are slaughtered when they are 2-3 months ancient!), I consider it practically eating infant.
Also, veganism is much much much healthier. Vegetarianism, too. An average vegan's cholesterol is 50 lower that an omnivore's. An average vegetarian's cholesterol is 35 lower.
Hope that help.
Proud vegan since I be 11!
Note to Rachel S:
I also believe that slaughter animals is no worse than killing plants. All existence has attraction and it sucks that we have to execute anything in directive to survive.
The reason I lately became lacto-vegetarian (almost overnight btw, I wasn't even vegetarian) is because I was made aware of the intense animal cruelty, mistreatment, and suffering that go on in the cultivation industry. This is why, to some people, mortal vegan is not a fritter away of time.
Sorry this is only indirectly answering the interrogate, but I just needed to offer another perspective on that point :)
cant justify bloodbath a living creature to eat when I can live a moment ago as well short doing so.
