very well there are various products that soy is used to make, usually as a consumer you BUY the product already made contained by a certain track.
TEXTURED VEGETABLE PROTEIN is a popular item .... I have see it in a range of shapes and sizes.
the beans are either sold ROASTED and dryed or lightly cooked, you can not really eat the rare ones if you do not cook them first.... I guess you could but they'd be pretty tough...... There's a lot of soybeans which are sold seasoned up next to things be sure to read the label.... they may or may not be "clean" ... I supporter staying away from yeast.
Tofu is a popular favorite. Soy Discs(burgers) I guess are a hit, but on the market today at hand is nothing compared to what I envision....
There is SOY BEVERAGE... I one-sidedly just buy soy powder and mix it up beside water and use that on my cereal and such.. I do resembling RICE BEVERAGE but it is out of my reach today.... I am too good-for-nothing to make it myself.... and on the bazaar well the beverage brands are adjectives in those boxes that you can run on a space voyage or something... but hey i guess it's better than nothing

Steam them, chill them, and toss into salads, or dress as a salad themsleves w/ some carrot and cukes and tomatoes. I'm not a fan of them cooked down to mush; they stink up the house.

when i be a kid my mom used to buy them roasted and seasoned. it was close to eating crunchy peanuts. i loved them!!
