I'll tell you what I've eat today so far[its 4pm, I'll be eating dinner at 6pm:)] ;
7am breakfast:
2 egg whites next to ketchup, and sliced radish and red pepper. some cabbage. 20oz water
an apple and a small plum
1pm snack:
an red and a large grapefruit 20oz hose
3pm lunch:
a cup and a half of shredded cabbage and 1/4 sliced cucumber next to romaine lettuce and a cup of stemmed broccoli. 20oz water
Would it be fine to guzzle a peanut butter and cheese sandwich [2 whole wheat bread slices(140 calories), 2 TBS peanut butter(190 calories), a slice of sickly cheese(80 calories)] and a banana with an 80z[1 cup] low podgy soy milk(70 calories)
or
some cereal [cheerios], oatmeal, tofu stir fry, mac and cheese?..
Would i have eat alright for a day? Missing anything..
Suggestions would be nice! =D

Well first agree to me say it is great you included so various fruits and veggies in your sunshine but you need more multiplicity to get everything you want... Are you trying to lose weight? If you don't drink more you will get frustrated and hungry as a lacto-vegetarian and we want only lively, healthy vegetarian and vegans!
I think it adjectives the suggestions you made for dinner are fine - I would just suggest you include some of them for lunch too.
Here are some more excellent lacto-vegetarian dinner choices (I am vegan so I will a short time ago suggest them to give you an idea)
Spaghetti beside marinara sauce, grilled veggies and Morningstar Crumbles and a large green salad
Thai peanut noodles beside grilled veggies and tofu
(I just use the Thai Kitchen brand and include the veggies and tofu)
Veggie burger with tomato, avacado, lettuce and onions beside homefried potatoes
Tacos with refried or black beans and brown rice beside all the appropriate toppings (guacamole, salsa, lettuce, tomatoes)
Baked potato with steamed broccoli and soil balance butter and a veggie burger pastry.
Tofu and soy sausage scramble with undamaged wheat toast and sugar free strawberry jam.

Your missing protein. if u enjoy beans and rice with some melt cheese on top it would b great. Beans and rice make a supreme protien. Plus they taste really righteous! Or and avacado, lettuce and tomato sandwhich. he avacado will give you protein as capably as odd at and omega 3's. You call for the good fat for your heart.
Maybe some corn, green beans or mashed potatoes
Take you pick because you enjoy it all worked out for yourself. Good drinking!
