i read tha models take kelp supplements to spped up metabolism. supposively kelp stimulactes the thiroid which control metabolism. is this true? if i took kelp supplements would my metabolism rate elevate a bit? i bought 200 tablets of 150mcgs each. how masses should i take day by day?
