ok, i am not a huge meat eater, chicken & fish only. this is due to personal predilection preferance. i have extensive cooking education, so thats not the problem, i guess i have a couple of question, first of all, despite have cooking/nutritional knowledge, i dont practise it greatly well and hold a bad diet, what if any supplements would i be advise to take, and why? and, if your body does not crave meat, why are in attendance "immitation meat" products? i have be using and experimenting with them, and i close to them, i just wondered if here is a noticable difference once meat is stopped all together. my other press has to be "mysterious animal products" what should i be looking out for when an animal product would be used in something not visible, ie gelatin, many gratefulness for your help

You DO NOT want to take any supplements on a lacto-vegetarian diet.
Just a logical balance of fruit, vegetabels, nuts, pulses, cereal and dairy. and you'll be fine.
I've be veggie for 27 years and never take supplements, never under the weather, and as well as my "year job" i do manual work as i own an arable fruit farm.
Its easy for anyone who have an once of cooking abiltiy, and it sounds like you enjoy loads..
Fake meats are ok but home cooked food is much better.
The craving for meat is in recent times a mental thing, in that is nothing surrounded by meat that makes you crave consumption it ( unlike drugs, drink or cigarettes etc )
animal products are used in around 90% of processed foods so you really need to make out the contents and go beside "veggie friendly" labels.
The population who enjoy the most sucessful veggie diets tend to steer away from processed foods nad cook much of thier stuff from rare, its far better for you and much tastier.
Best of luck, like i read aloud, its easy.
When you are lacto-vegetarian (no animal eaten) your stomach feels a great deal lighter. Animal, if eaten after a long time of not intake it, tends to be really heavy on your stomach. Even more so if you become lacto-vegetarian. but that's another answer! Fruit and vegetables are very accurate for you.
You have to look out about animal fat which includes cooking from the same pot/pan. It isn't righteous for instance if you have chips cooked within the same grease as where animal have just be cooked.
fresh chiken and eggs wont hurt you. Most imitation meat have superior salt and preservatives. Eat Lentils and barley because it make a tasty vegie soup that provides adjectives 8 aminos and and it doesn't hurt to add somewhat chicken too. tastes great beside carrots and celery. Potatoes are great too for zest
like the guy above me said 90% of food that you buy at the store enjoy some hidden meat surrounded by them! so all most adjectives of the meals i get through i have cooked myself they tast better and you know what is really contained by them! and you dont need to pocket any supplements just hold a well on the brink diet and you will be fn also when i went veggie i did no crave meat it is really a presonal point some peole will crave meat and others will not
we have fix meat products mostly so we can have more varaiety, and enrol our friends in a nice summer BBQ.
Supplements.. can't sustain much there, cuz I don't know what you devour and what you might lack.
Hidden Animal products: Rennet, Lard (it's deeply pig fat, but it's impossible as much nowdays, so you don't come across it very often).
Hidden milk products: Cassien, whey
Hope it help a little!
