Cooking spinach?

Is there a channel to cook dark leafy greens minus losing too much iron content?

Answer:
Steam or blanch, but remember that spinach will wilt quite a bit. What looks resembling a huge amount of raw spinach will become a vastly small amount of cooked.
Saute them purely until withered...
steam
Steam it but just for a few minutes. Or Blanche, dip them surrounded by boiling water of late till they go dull.
Boiling them pulls out the nutrients of most vegetables.

With spinach, put it contained by a fry pan next to some olive oil and cook over low warmness until it shrinks.
