A lacto-vegetarian taking beans as meal day by day (not bean products) suffers from "gas" problem. Pls how to avoid it?

Answers:
I agree, BEANO is great you should try it.
there is a product call 'beano' which is supposed to help prevent this problem.

Beano is the single natural food enzyme dietary supplement that can facilitate prevent gas before it starts. It help you to digest the complex carbohydrates in your favorite strong foods. By taking Beano at the beginning of a feast, you can help prevent gas, bloating and other discomfort.
Beano comes within a convenient tablet or liquid, and it isn't lately for beans. It also works on vegetables and whole grain. According to the food pyramid, these highly nutritious foods are an essential piece of a healthy diet.
A specific microbes that breaks down the beans properly is not present contained by large quantity in a party who has not be eating beans regularly. Over time the germs should reach a even to digest the beans as they should be. Given time, and the regular consumption of beans, the problem will go away. If you own been drinking beans for some time, I would look at other sources for the cause of the gas besides the beans.
Try beano? Maybe guzzle less beans unless it's lately because you really like them. You can go and get enough protein short massive quanitites of beans...I never eat them (unless you count soybeans) because I can't stand the predilection and I'm perfectly tough.
Not only is at hand a product known as "Beano" which is taken next to gas causing meal, but another great product by "Renew Life" has a product call,"GasStop"-taken with meal, it stops the gas in it's tracks:

A def problem if you hang up with "vegitatives". Stand downwind from any "vegitative". Beware they also enjoy the Tofu Trots ... excess flatulence leads to overworked sphincters and hence, the Hershey Squirts are other a possibility with these vegitatives.
If you are boiling the dried beans, strip a plug of garlic and allow it to stay in the pot while cooking. It will not give any garlic taste to the beans unless you cut the garlic up.

You can also throw a plug of garlic within baked beans or any canned beans you are cooking.

Another alternative is using garlic powder (not garlic salt).

I grew up intake a lot of beans and my mother qualified me about the garlic copious years ago.

Special note: for some drive, black beans are supposedly the only beans that don't appear to have the gas problem associated beside other beans.
A mainstay for cooking with beans throughout the world is FRENCH sorrel (Rumex scutatus). It give a slightly sour taste and also keep you from getting gassey.
The garlic doesn't work, trust me on this. My Mexican family would other cook beans with garlic, that's the individual way we'd cook 'em and that's the single way I be ever taught. They give us explosive gas each and every time.

Sorry LM.

If you cook them yourself, soak the beans for at smallest 8 hours before cooking them, that will remove the gas from them. If you guzzle canned beans, devour Beano first. Take one Beano tablet upon the first bite of gassey food, and make sure you steal one pill per serving of food.
