Sabja or Tukmaria are called basil seed in english.
Take a teaspoon of the seed and soak them overnight in a chalice of water surrounded by the refrigerator. Add them to a cool glass of milk which have been sweetened near rose sherbet and drink it up. It cools the body in summer and is also pious for loose motions.
