basically start out slowly. u dont want to eat too much at first. acquire your body used to eat. eatting too much at first could create u sick, but in a few weeks or so your body will start accepting it better.
Yes, with adjectives the hormones, steroids, antibiotics, and other chemicals put into animals these days. If you want to do that, you should work your mode up. Start with adjectives natural meat from a health food store... after go to free-range/fresh caught from a grocery store... after to the regular meats if you want. Personally, I recommend staying near the all-natural meats.

i've been a lacto-vegetarian for about 6 months and if some idiot cooks something near meat broth, i throw up (before i find out it wasn't veggie). also, a person's intestines contain certain microbes that play an central part surrounded by digestion (especially of cellulose). the levels and species of the "intestinal flora" make over depending on your diet...so at the very most minuscule they'd feel pretty crappy for a few days

However, if you'vebeen a lacto-vegetarian for a long time (I know from the few friends of mine who've sampled meat since going veg) you will seize REALLY sick for a little while because you're body's not accustomed to digesting animal flesh.
