I hear that fatigue may be the result of iron deficiency. But does anyone know what foods contain profoundly of iron [clearly other than meat]?

Vitamin C enhance the absorption of iron into your body. Foods such as beans, unbroken grains, spinach, and dried fruits enjoy a significant amount of iron. Eat a lot of iron rich cereal. Many cereal are fortified with iron. Check the food sticky label on the box and look for iron under the day by day values. You should also avoid drinking tea with your meal that are high contained by iron. Tea contains tannin that could inhibit the absorption of iron.

1: it's not just man tired, it's being PAINFULLY tired;
2: overdosing on iron medication can be mortal.

Here is an iron reality sheet with a chronicle of foods. Actually, vegetarians are no more predictable than meat-eaters to develop anemia. Meat does not have that much iron.
