most vegetarian are healthy ethnic group just if you become a lacto-vegetarian remember that you need protien from peanuts,peanut butter and anything else that meat will afford you. just dont try to push your friends into it because some lately dont see the point of it
if you mean condition wise, desperate for the most part. you completely lose your source of protein. unless you want to steal vitamins or something everyday, i would just stick near the healither choice of eating meat. if you are worried roughly your health while ingestion meat though, you can try eating only white meat.

It's healthier to be a lacto-vegetarian, as long as you eat a fair diet. There is nothing that you return with from animal meat that you won't get from consumption a balanced lacto-vegetarian diet.
