I used to make this dish that contains
Kale, mash potato, sour cream, peas, cheese
but i can't remember exactly how to make it, can anyone backing?

Personally? I have no clue what the heck you're chitchat about. A suggestion, though:
Steam the kale until almost at a can spinach texture. Make the mashed potatoes and chop the kale nice and rough, contracted pieces. Mix them into the potatoes once they're done, add the sour cream and the cheese as economically and mixed it all together. Once done, serve near a well within the middle for the peas, put steamed peas in and voila. Yummy and good. Maybe sprinkle a little unmelted cheese on top? or a morsel of chopped onions/garlic powder/onion powder?
Maybe add a bit flour and water and kind a pastry
