how glowing is 100% organic food veg diet? what are the benefits and would you recommend it?

Answers:
chivalc, i know LOTS of raw foodists (my parents included) and none of them are 100%. the most i enjoy heard anyone mortal is 95%. most are 50%-80%.

the concept is that cooking above 48C/118F destroys enzymes which are healthy for you.

i instinctively believe that being 100% natural would not be especially healthy unless you spawn a real challenge to eat lots of nuts and lots of sprouted beans for protein. and don't forget that plump is also an essential macronutrient, so try to use extra virgin olive oil, avocados and coconuts contained by your cooking if you are trying this diet.

MEAT GOOD

3 years veg, I poo greatly more, and I don't get sick as much. But I whip vitamins and protein shakes.

You would be at risk for malnutrition. Even though you are ingestion REALLY good foods, you still stipulation your fats, protiens, and carbs.

Ya need some meat, dude. I wouldn't make a contribution it to my kid if it wasn't the healthiest diet.

As long as you get your proteins and vitamins somehow. Protein comes from beans/lentils and tofu-related food items.

Did it for two years and never felt better. I changed to full blown CARNIVORE again concluding year. I still feel suitable, but the energy you bring from eating lightly cooked is AMAZING.

Just be sure you supplement your body with the added vits you want.

Go for it!

For someone who's lost adjectives their teeth, it can be a killer!

V.Good for the inner self but you other need some protein and carbs surrounded by a diet for it to be balanced.

i could never give up meat, and you really have need of food from all of the food groups, so i really wouldn't recommend it, but it is up to you

I haven't really explored it, but you can bring back proteins form plants as well as meat. And crude vegetables have more vitamins within them than cooked vegetables, so I can see where it could work. Would be pretty boring though.

You do not need meat. That is a nutritious diet as long as you eat lots of multiplicity.
No colon cancer for you.

You want some protein. Veges Really don't have any protien. Protein contained by for long term life. Carbs are short term engergy. Sorry but if you plan on this diet for a long time later it will not be successful. You have to munch through some raw pinto beans and etc... and nuts.

You can acquire all the benefits minus the worry, by in recent times using proper nutrition. Eat lots of vegetables and eat for a moment bit of meat and eggs. No processed food. You'll feel great. You won't own to eat bean blends adjectives the time. No need for tofu or forge milk.

saw within a newspaper mag the other time that someone cured their cancer (in remission)

Not very thriving at all

Not very fighting fit. You'll still need the proteins from meat that vegetables removal of.

I think if you ask God to bless your food any diet is dutiful for you. I like a moral steak, maybe some fish, for a time cheese, some eggs and plenty of veggies.

I don't think it would hurt you to try it and see what it does for you.

I was raise vegetarian and am still a lacto-vegetarian, and am in excellent condition. I can count on one finger the colds I've had contained by the past six years.

It's true, your body requires more nutrition than you can seize just from unprepared veggies, but you can get complete proteins from combining two different plant proteins, for example rice and beans. Soybeans are a complete protein within themselves, and are the only plant source to contain adjectives the essential amino acids. There are a lot of yummy soy products available, and recipes for using them. For anyone hung up on the appetite and texture of meat, look in the frozen food department at WalMart (where it say breakfast) and you will find burgers and sausages and other soy products that are quite appropriate. Also in their produce department you will regularly find a section of lacto-vegetarian meat replacement products.

Raw veggies are beneficial to good form, although some need a short time bit of cooking to release all their nutritional resources, carrot for one.

Unless a person uses for a while meat products such as milk or eggs (sparingly), one will need to sort sure to get a supplement of vitamin B12, as it is found single in animal products, and solitary in severely small amounts in faultless vegetable sources.

Supplements such as a good all-round each day vitamin is important to everyone, as our foods are depleted of the vitamins they once contained because collectively the soil they're grown in is not at rich as it once be back previously it was person farmed so intensively. Putting posterior manufactured nutrition into the soil just isn't alike.

So to answer your question, how nourishing is a 100% raw food veggie diet: A individual needs lots of fresh foods contained by their diet, but not to the exclusion of other things your body needs. Balance is switch.

While a totally carefully planned lightly cooked veggie diet can be taken without any adverse effects on condition, there are no solid health benefits per se.

Or, at most minuscule, none that couldn't be obtained by taking more interest contained by nutrition and health while still ingestion meat, maybe beside a wider range of vegetables. Meat is a amazingly nutritious foodstuff, and to get adjectives the minerals you need for a impartial diet without meat can be reasonably difficult, but it is doable. The supposed benefits of a raw veg diet are also somewhat suspect; a all-embracing range of lightly cooked vegetables can be healthy, but they don't enjoy to be taken exclusively to have those benefits.
Most of these supposed benefits rely on the reality that meat is unhealthy, which is misleading at best. Some of the most adjectives conceptions is that it is high contained by cholesterol, which will give you heart disease/hypertension, it make you fat and that our body isn't adapted to put away meat therefore goal it can't cope with it vastly well.

Yes, drinking too much meat can make you margarine, but so can too much chocolate, meat isn't the only piece that can have such effects. There is as much sopping wet fat contained by margarine as there is within butter. Not eating too much meat and doing regular exercise is usually sufficient to prevent ones waistline expanding.
On cholesterol, a high cholesterol is not insecure by itself, but may reflect an sickly condition, or it may be totally innocent. A high blood cholesterol is said to promote atherosclerosis and thus also coronary heart disease. But copious studies have shown that general public whose blood cholesterol is low become just as arteriosclerosis as folks whose cholesterol is high. Besides, your body produces three to four times more cholesterol than you munch through. The production of cholesterol increases when you eat little cholesterol and decrease when you eat much, goal that meat-eaters have no greater levels within the blood. Neither is there any substantial evidence to suggest cholesterol is connected to heart attacks anyway.
We are by nature omnivorous, and that we aren't designed to devour meat isn't true either. While our intestines may be longer than that of a carnivore, that is to say because we have evolved to chomp through plants as part of our diet. Our stomach contains Hydrochloric bitter and protein splitting enzymes, something not found in herbivores, and neither do we hold the ability to digest cellulose. All the evidence suggests we evolved to get through a mixed diet.
The supposed problems of eating meat are largely false, so therefore to suggest that adjectives it out of diet can improve your form is also a fallacy. That isn't to vote that it would be bad to drink a wide selection of raw vegetables.
