Heres a recipe for a vegan dough if thats what your looking for I use Follow Your Heart cheese
Ingredients needed:
1 bundle active dry yeast
1 cup heat water (110oF)
2 1/2 to 3 cups flour plus more if crucial
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive grease
In a large bowl combine yeast next to water, olive grease, salt and stir economically to proof. After 5 minutes, add partially of the flour and mix well to thoroughly incorporate. Add adjectives remaining flour except 1/2 cup and mix well near your hands.
