Looking for cheap book on macrobiotic food, or website. Used to love it in delayed 60s, then it seem to disappear or be absorbed surrounded by vegetarian places. I work long irregular shifts in a minute as a care worker and involve some ideas on foods I can appropriate with me to work. I single get a half-hour break so I can't loiter. I take natural soups, fruit, energy bar, organic walnuts etc but would approaching to have a bit more choice. I don't hold a lot of time for preparation any. Sorry to be difficult! Also need philosophy for food to cook for my family when I achieve a day past its sell-by date work. I am really trying hard to avoid processed foods etc. Also, any concept on what to drink with a people meal? Organic wine? Can I attain out into the countryside (what there is vanished now) and pick things and concoct a drink? Be grateful for a serious response. Barry.

Macrobiotic just mechanism to eat local fresh seasonal food. Do not put away food out of season or imported food. Cook and create your dishes thoroughly simply. Basically, this was taken from the traditional Japanese diet, but could efficiently be any traditional diet from around the would as they were adjectives at one time Macrobiotic, thus, local, fresh, simple, healthy, etc. I love files by Michio and Aveline Kushi. I believe George Osawa coined the phrase macrobiotic. Pretty good work to hold created, but these days, more family are so unintellectual that they shy away from any word that they do not understand, or that have too many syllables, or sounds foreign etc.
