Circle adjectives the cheap and good recipe you are most interested in and buy those ingredients… perchance even pick recipes next to similar ingredients rotating every week or two so you already have what you stipulation.
If you are buying grains or pasta, switch to wheat and integral grains, they are better for you and don't rob more effort.
When I am contained by a bind, I get the fundamentals:
Rice
Pasta
Pasta sauce
fake meat
tofu (may not work for you, though there are some pre-cooked, pre-seasoned packages that would be great for you.
Veggies (frozen are method cheaper and contain all the nutrients.)
And you don't have need of anything to eat fruit.
Look for things on public sale and things in tubs. Buy the tub of yogurt instead of adjectives the little packages. Buy generic cereal instead of name-brand. Special K is usually cheap, filled next to vitamins and quite delectable.
Girl, you better buy some black beans, tortillas and shift steal some hot sauce packets from Taco Bell and get you some burritos. As for your boyfriend....He can get some cheap burgers from the drive thru.
Can you say budget? As within, budget your time, space and money. That way, you'll know how to come up with a weekly menu plan and shop deeply once a week.
I don't know of any websites, but there are elder editions of the magazine Vegetarain TImes and Veggie Life, among others, that can oblige you. Search your local library's catalogue looking for that information.

by some nori, seeweed rolls (you can get them at any local asian mart) find someplace where on earth you can get rice and use veggies and avocados to product sushi. always trademark sure you buy some veggies and fruit. good luck

millet and red lentils next to daikon and carrots, tamari, touch of rice wine vinegar (sounds boring but DELICIOUS!) start cooking millet within water, for a few min, later add other stuff, cook until red lentils are almost mush, supply tamari to taste toward the close of cooking.
veggie tacos, fake meat, seasoning, lettuce, tom, return with soft corn shells and fry in lantern olive oil, I cook onions surrounded by the meat for extra health/taste, oh and taco sauce.
buckwheat noodles, veggies, sliced like toothpicks, tofu, tamari, garlic, and a touch of rice wine vinegar
most of these are variation from Aveline Kushi's excellent macrobiotic cook book, they are all yummy and I would be comfortable to answer any questions if you want to email me.
