-nuts (they are in matching food group as meat so they are a
very fitting source of protein) but of course this is not easy when
you have braces.
-soy. they enjoy great brands like boca and mornign star that
tang like genuine meat but are made of soy. one of my
personal favorites are boca burgers. they taste exactly resembling
a hamburger with the bun, etc. but next to out killing a cute
cow!
-there are so abundant foods out there that i dont own time to list
them adjectives! do a little experimenting to see what you approaching!!

I don't know how many times society have asked such query. Seems that it's on a daily idea, "where do I win this or that from on a vegan diet?" Humans are biologically designed to be lacto-vegetarian. Every living thing contains protein. Most of these things also hold iron. It would be really tough to avoid protein and iron. Have you ever heard of protein defect? I haven't. I haven't heard of anyone human being ill from any description of deficiency that I can hark back to. What people are usually ailing from is imbalance -- too much of this or that throws everything out of whack and soon their bodies are scarce in calcium because they munch through too much protein, or they are becoming diabetic because they eat second-hand goods food and never exercise, or are having heart attacks because they put away lots of fatty foods... who in N. America is not a hundred percent from lacking something? Anorexics, sure. Drug addict who do drugs instead of eating and the food they do put away is from garbage can. So, don't worry just about it. It's the pauper the is the healthy one, not the king and queen.
