I bring a peanut butter sandwich and vegetables to school--it's fast and simple, plus you can clear your own bread and omit ingredients you don't want, close to eggs. I also use all-natural peanut butter.

Buy one of those soy tv dinners. They are very convenient and uncomplicated to heat up for a high-speed meal.
I like the flavored pressed tofu slices. They're a handy snack, uncomplicated to pack.
You can also draw from veggie "deli meats." Tofurkey make really good smoked turkey slices that you can use to engender a great deli sandwich. Also I'll take dinner vanished overs and microwave them. That makes for incredibly quick prep contained by the morning.
Being a lacto-vegetarian does require a bit more thought and planning than eating the crappy college lunch. But it is do-able. The easiest way is to prepare extra dinner the hours of darkness before and lately take rest in a reusable plastic container.
I kind tofu salad and it makes a great sandwich and will maintain for 3-4 days. Also if you quickly fry up some tofu slices surrounded by a tiny bit of oil or a non-stick vessel with a few drops of soy-sauce or sprinkled near Spike and nutritional yeast--mmm-- tastes resembling chicken! It makes a great sandwich near some vegenaise. Put tomato slices and sprouts in a zip-lock and make the addition of when you're ready to get through.
An avocado, sliced in partially, with some Spike and a Ziploc of salad is great--- bring a few corn chips and you hold a feast!
You can also cook up a veggie burger contained by five minutes--- put it together with anything you like surrounded by a wholewheat bun and wrap that up for later.
And next there's good weak peanut butter... with bananas...next to apples...with celery... near baco-bits in a sandwich...be inventive!
Health food stores enjoy lots of soup or noodle/tofu cups and other microwave entrees that are good within a pinch--- keep a supply contained by your cupboard.
Most schools in a minute have salads and some other veg choices--- altho recurrently french fries and cheese pizza or an anemic burrito with white lettuce seem to be their favorite choice.

Well you dont have to bring something specifically strictly soy based. You could bring sliced veggies, soy milk, nuts, or fruit. You could also buy a peice of cheese pizza if you are a lacto veg (aka a dairy drinking veg). Or you could buy a bagel. If your school have a microwave then you can bring ruins or even a soy burger.
