Dried beans are an age-old pantry staple in winter, and nearly any range will work well surrounded by this recipe; some good alternatives to black beans include flotilla beans, cannellini beans or red beans. If you like, garnishing with sour cream and chopped fresh cilantro.
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups dried black or kidney beans (or 4 cups can beans)
3 Tbs. olive oil
3 pale onions, chopped
2 fresh serrano or jalapeo chili peppers, seed and minced
5 large garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbs. chili powder (add more if you find it is not spicy enough)
3 Tbs. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 can (28 oz. each) crushed tomatoes
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
1 cup coarsely grated Monterey jack cheese
Directions
Pick over the beans and discard any worn out beans and stones. Rinse the beans. Place in a bowl and supply water to cover amply. Let stand for about 3 hours. Drain the beans and set aside.
In a voluminous, heavy saucepan over low fry, warm the olive grease. Add the onions and chili peppers and sauté, stirring occasionally, until the onions are soft, around 10 minutes. Add the garlic, chili powder, cumin, cayenne and oregano and sauté, stirring, for 2 minutes more. Add the beans, tomatoes and water to cover by 3 inches. Bring to a boil over glorious heat. Reduce the roast to low and simmer, uncovered, until the beans are very tender and enjoy begun to dive apart, 2 1/2 to 3 hours. Add water if the beans get going to dry out but are not yet cooked.
Ladle into warm bowls, sprinkle with the cheese and serve without delay.

2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 considerable onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seed and chopped
2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1 (28 ounce) can unbroken canned tomatoes, drained and chopped
1 (10 ounce) bunch frozen corn kernels, thaw
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon coarsley ground black pepper
1 ounce semisweet chocolate
Heat oil within large saucepan over medium-high warmness.
Add garlic, onion, bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper; cook, stirring often, until the vegetables open to soften, 4-5 minutes.
Add beans, tomatoes, corn, chili powder, cocoa powder, oregano, saline, and black pepper.
Bring to a boil and cook, stirring often to prevent scorching, until origin to thicken slightly, about 15 minutes.
Remove from the warmth and add the chocolate, stirring until melt.

I don't know about my own recipe, but I find this product called Amy's and they own chili. It's vegetarian and have vegan cheese...yum!
you can make chili con carne but only just without meat. it's great! instead of the meat cart more vegetables (paprica, aubergine, zucchini, mais, beans, soy).
you can eat this near tortilla wraps. it very strong!

About partly a can of tomato paste (small can)
1-2 significant cans of tomato sauce (it will thicken up)
Can of crushed tomatoes
Cut or blend 1 red bell pepper 1 green bell pepper, fresh tomatoes, onion, garlic, jalepenos or your favorite pepper. Remember that the seeds take home it hotter.
(you can add a backpack of Morningstar veggie crumbles, or cook them in a skillet first. Or travel without if you don't approaching the meaty taste)
Season to taste
Tobasco sauce, Garlic powder, pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, a bit of saline, salsa
Add cooked rice and a can of corn and heat on low
You can also donate some veggies like celery, zuccini, carrot...be creative!
