Tofu...I'm confused!!?

Ok so Ive been getting Tofu for me and my sister and oneday I concentration It has sopping wet fats surrounded by Tofu...BUt I dont get it If Tofu is sopposed to be a Vegitarin food after why in the world would in that be saturated fat in Tofu?? I close-fisted Saturated fats are fat from animals.

tofu isnt bad at adjectives because some saturated fat is ok because if you are a vegan or vegeterian you stipulation a little bit of drenched fats to product up for the lean protean in meat, but dont over do it on soy and tofu products save tofu and soy products for one spread a day prefrably dinner because soy is intricate to digest if you eat it every spread of the day adjectives the time.

you need the most of beans, greens and grain if you want to get the vitamins you necessitate and take a supplement
sit fat is not basically animal fat, it can be found within nature too. Read lables thinly, and get some info back changing your lifestyle!!
Tofu isn't necessarily accurate for you...just close to soy products. Alot of people have an idea that just bc it say soy, that it's good for you. Alot of natural products are fattning and not as healthy as we come up with.

As far as the Sat. fats from animals...well brought-up question

And if that still concerns you, the next time you move about shopping, read the labels. You'll be sure to find other brands that state they contain not anything saturated excess weight. There are so many robustness benefits that have be associated with Tofu, it wouldn't be surrounded by your best interest to stop eating it.

Saturated fats also come from things close to palm kernal oil and nut oil. If you are eating lacto-vegetarian though, your risks of heart disease are so greatly lowered that eating a bit of cottonseed grease or macadamia oil isn't going to hurt. What tofu product are you getting? I'm curious because any soy bean grease left within the tofu is mostly unsaturated. Is the tofu fried?
