I want to turn lacto-vegetarian?

i want to go lacto-vegetarian but i rarely chomp through vegetables.. what should i start with merely to fix my eating behaviour

Answer:
Do you like mushrooms.. they are upright protein!
how about herb, onions, cucumbers, jalepenos, garlic! Fruit is much more important than vegetables..Apples, Papaya, Peaches Pineapple, Pumpkin, Oranges, Tomatos, Eat at smallest 3 fruits a day and 1 veggy to be natural
the veggy I recommend is Beets.. red loaded with iron.. the one veggy that's closet to meat
nutrients. Eat plenty of Orange and Red fruits
& Veggies. A few shadowy greens are good too!
for veganism you can replace regular milk next to soya milk or rice milk or coconut milk! For frying use sunflower oil or corn grease!
Beans, beans, beans.

Beans, beans, beans.

Beans, beans, beans.

And Beano...
Umm... tofu? That's not a veggie. Potato and pasta dishes are relatively easy to get through, though not the healthiest.

But trust me, once you go lacto-vegetarian you start becoming very get underway to vegetables. I've always loathed eating vegetables but when it's a choice between consumption that and nothing resourcefully... Vegetables and fresh herbs are presently delicious to me. ^__^ (Especially when paired beside the good sense of not eating animal products.)
dont
If you don't similar to vegetables, then you might want to activity into a vegan diet slowly... possibly ovo-lacto vegetarian first.

Otherwise, you will be bored and discouraged, unless you hold fantastic willpower.

I've been a lacto lacto-vegetarian for a while now, next to a goal to budge vegan (diet) by March 2007.

I really didn't resembling vegetables either at first... Still can't munch through a salad though... (yuck).... but, it gets easier.
try with yammy salad and fruits
Do you not eat veggies 'cause steamed veggies partiality bland? I don't care for steamed veggies, they drought character.

Instead, try roasting your veggies within the oven with some evoo (extra virgin olive oil), saline and pepper. (balsamic vinegar is good, but optional) TRUST ME, they drink a whole lot better roasted than steamed. They're down right GOOOOOD! Try roasting carrot, green beans, broccoli, cauliflower, zuccini, Brussel sprouts - yes, Brussel sprouts. They oftentimes taste obnoxious to many, but trust me on this one, when they're oven roasted, mmmmmmmmmmm!! : ^ 9

Don't oven roast leafy greens, they'll turn into flaky chips and 1) won't be worth anything nutritionally, and 2) won't swarm you up unless you eat volumes. Do sautee them contained by evoo with some chopped garlic, saline, pepper, and any herbs/spices you like. Try a pinch of red pepper flakes and onion, or some basil & oregano, or cilantro and corn beside tomato sauce, the possibilities are almost endless.
