Usually nothing, but sometimes I'll step for a vegan Italian or vinaigrette.
Ranch is the best! I don't like any other considerate.

Basic balsamic vinaigrette. About 1 constituent balsamic vinegar, 3 parts olive oil. Salt/Pepper to morsel. If you add sugar, it is more wine-friendly.
My 'favorite' is1,000 island.

mine is the one in a black slinky dress near red shoes and fishnet stockings.it's a low fat dressing.
Honey Mustard
My hoary boss use to make a guava vinaigrette that be killer. But immediately that I can't have that I similar to the tangy tomato at outback. Or just plain aged Catalina.
Right immediately it's balsamic vinaigrette. I also love my lemon vinaigrette.
I'm French, and we do a great one, not at adjectives the way you're used to contained by restaurants
Peanut or sunflower oil
Dijon mustard (Maille is the best)
Vinegar
saline & pepper

Mix all those ingredients, fancy as you go and donate what's missing.
This dressing is a little tingy, vinegary, spicy, really good beside all kind of salads

Homemade avocado:
1 ripe avocado
2 Tb lemon liquid
1 tsp Spike (more or less-- to taste)
2 tsp nutritional yeast
3 Tb light flavored cold pressed grease
about 1/2 cup water--- to create a thick creamy dressing

Blend together--- Keep iced and covered and use with a few days.
Its also yummy as a sauce poured over brown rice, anything Mexican, tortillas chips etc.
