Can someone tell me what are the difference between Oat and Barley? Apparently, Barley have more animal consumption but also we use it in our food such as soup, etc...

Both grains are lovely. However, barley is rich surrounded by nutrients. TONS of nutrients. I add barley to my soy milk. It comes out super gummy and creamy. DIVINE!
