"The vegetarian travel guide:eating right for total vigour " by Gary Null.
"Heaven's banquet "by Miriam Kasin Hospodar.
Good luck next to your very smart choice.
Ask a cook character or something! Shouldn't be to hard!
The best entity to do is just modify meal you would usually eat but near vegetarian option. It sound rock-hard but it's not really. For example, you can make a righteous chili, curry or broth with kidney beans or tofu instead (or even a meat substitute). Bulk everything out near lots of veg and serve with pasta, rice, cous cous, millet, quinoa etc. There are also loads of worthy websites which you can find by doing a quick rummage, which other vegetarians and vegans contribute to, so you can lately choose whatever you're within the mood for!
Check out Deborah Madison's cookbooks, or the Moosewood cookbooks. Both veggie. I get them as gifts for a veg friend.
The untested Moosewood Cookbook by Mollie Katzen is good. The marinara edition of their pasta sauce is loaded with lip-smacking veggies and makes the faultless sauce for her lasagna recipe. There's some less-than-common ingredients but nothing too "out there" so it's suitable for a new veg.
Try the internet, flush "vegeterian recipes" into your search engine, you're bound to return with some good websites near recipes or representing cook books.
check out the connection below or do your own search for > lacto-vegetarian ,

you will find plenty of recipe's and ideas
My favorite is The Joy of Cooking-Vegetarian.
The Best Of Vegetarian Cuisine by Sarah Brown.
I love, love, love, "Vegan next to a Vengance " by Isa Moskowitz. It is my absolute go-to friend when it comes to cooking pie crusts or kale (or anything really.) But really the Moosewood cookbook is the standard. It's be around for like, 20 years.
