I've only done it for 2 wks at a time contained by the past, but expect I could easily switch to lacto-vegetarian. Any advice?

In soon, I went from drinking meat almost everyday my whole go to being lacto-vegetarian. I have have no adverse health effects. Unless decreasing my cholesterol, blood preassure and shipment counts. They were adjectives too high anyway.
As long as you get through right, vegetarianism is a healthy refreshing diet. Make sure you bring back plenty of iron (spinach broccoli, total cereal, etc.) eat adequate protein (tofu, beans, cheese.)
You should do fine, but if you do notice a decline surrounded by your health, run to a doctor and talk to a nutritionist.

Being lacto-vegetarian is HEALTHIER than being a meat-eater, provided you receive your protein, which isn't as hard as everyone seem to think it is. Eating decent food makes you grain BETTER. So if you eat good-quality, lacto-vegetarian food, you'll feel better. And if you put away junk food but you're used to it, you won't grain any different. Win/win situation- I recommend vitamins though, but that's not just for vegetarian.
It didn't upset my stomach--I merely gave up meat cold turkey (pun intended). Be sure you draw from a balanced diet, though. Many society eat more pasta and particle when they go lacto-vegetarian, but don't eat copious more fruits and vegetables. That's not a healthy diet. well, at first you might enjoy stomach discomfort, but as time goes by (a few weeks) it will draw from better. The reason down this is that once you delete meat and add more veggies in that will still be meat products in your digestive track. Meat is digested a LOT slower than veggies. the veggies and things will want to move more at a rate of knots through you system while the meat at the other end is still taking its sweet ol time. if you still plan on ingestion dairy then count cheese to every meal (grated, cubed, whatever) will minister to to keep things not moving too express. (cheese is another food item that can digest slowly) after a while your stomach will not be uncomfortable at adjectives. Doing a cleanse will also help next to that. I've heard the master cleanse is really upright, but i have never tried it. Good luck.

I've never have an upset stomach because of being a lacto-vegetarian. In fact, the thought of consumption bloody, rotting animal flesh makes me want to vomit.
