Im a lacto-vegetarian but im thinking just about consumption chicken again?

i love being a lacto-vegetarian but im constantly sick all the time because i dont capture enough protien. so ive be think roughly eating chicken but im terrified to. im afraid ill carry sick or feel really guiltydoing it. i dont know what to do. i dont even know what kinda of chicken to start out next to that would be gentle on my stomache. i want help!

Do you like beans? Soy beans (edamame) are an excellent source of protein, and penchant good (and I revulsion other types of beans/peas). Tofu is good too - you can cook it next to almost anything and it will take on that soft spot. You can also supplement your diet with protein shakes - they're pretty correct tasting very soon.

Are you eating satisfactory fresh vegetables? It is the vitamins A and C that keep our immune system strong. I can recommend an herb for you to give somebody a lift, ASTRAGALUS, that will build up your immune system. Don't eat chicken. It is full of antibiotics, hormones and salmonella.

Organic chicken is supposed to not hold these things in it but I can never find it for public sale.
My husband was lacto-vegetarian for years and couldn't get satisfactory protein. He just kept getting thinner despite our attempts at increasing his protein intake. I enjoy been lacto-vegetarian for 16 years and have no problem next to getting enough protein. Each character has a different body and respectively person must opt what is right for them. My husband now eat chicken from local organic farm that are run by families, not corporations. It didn't hurt his stomach, he have no adverse effects from the change surrounded by diet- he actually be able to gain cargo and is now in good health than ever. Well they are all going to bring up to date you that your bad and not to budge back but who care. Chicken is great for you and has reasonably a bit of protein that your body needs. Without it hitting your stomach close to a ton of bricks try this:

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts

Lay them in a casserole container like 9 X 9 is what I use. Just cover the bottom of the container in hose down. Not alot of water simply enough to cover the bottom. Going back to ingestion meat is completly your choice. How do you know that you are sick because of lack of protien? There are copious things that will make you sick. Have you gone to the doctor and done a complete work up?

You really should stop by a doctor to be sure it is lack of protien to be exact causing the problem.

There are plenty of lacto-vegetarian ways to get protien if you really want to stay lacto-vegetarian. Beans, soy, legumes, vegetables, seeds nut, etc.

I'd talk to a doctor or nutritionist. :-) Good luck, I'm a lacto-vegetarian too and have almost cracked because I miss meat so much, but afterwards I think of what animals stir through, and change my mind instantly. :-)

Chicken is a filthy food, they are kept in disgusting conditions and convey lots of diseases. If you are going to eat it, try free gamut and organic variety.
