im starting to think more or less it because in the concluding few weeks i tried not to eat meat and i discern better. is meat really bad for me? inflict i want to lose weight for a time and get contained by a better shape so i need to conversion my eating behaviour. any tips?

Iv'e been a lacto-vegetarian for almost about a year immediately and I feel lighter and well again. Meat is bad simply because of the drugs, chemicals and the poor conditions that they are exposed to everyday. i feel so fruitless for them. they are treated so poorly and then devoured at the dinner table. My piece is how can the people that mistreat these animals cause a conscious decision to chomp through them after the abused and slaughter them. Also, they haunt you from the grave what ever diseases they have up until their death, rest assured you gonna be exposed to it. Many blessings!
