What food is more efficient on losing immensity....fruit or vegetables?

i want the least podgy possible in food or if at all possible NO fat at adjectives. thanks to adjectives who answer.

Veggies, since the sugar content (fructose) in fruit is complex.There is a little sugar surrounded by veggies, but your tastebuds cannot detect it. As we all know, sugars enthralled from the foods we eat, but for used is stored as fat.
Vegetables may not taste as apposite lol But they are healthier Just dont put stuff resembling Melted Cheese or stuff like that on your broccli. Fruit is also a terribly good source in that both good for other things you should hold both.

in good health celery is actually a refusal calorie vegetable. it burns more calories in digestion than it produces. i muse i would eat both veggies and fruits to stability the two out.
