My favorite is vegetarian chili. In a colossal pot, combine:

One large can of tomato liquid
Two cans, your choice any combination, kidney beans (dark or frothy red), chili seasoned beans, black beans
Two LARGE cans (or in the order of 5 small cans) of diced tomatoes
One can corn, drained
One sauteed onion
One sauteed, chopped green pepper (if desired)
Season with:
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, and
Chili powder to swallow
Cayenne pepper if you like it hot
(you can also supply textured vegetable protein -TVP, available in form food stores--if you really miss the meat Reconstitute it, if you get it dried, and fry it next to seasonings before you make a payment it to the chili).
Simmer together for about 30 minutes. Serve crackers, and/or top near cheese.

Also, substitute cubed tofu for meat in a stir-fry. You can get hold of frozen stir-fry veggies, or just use snap peas, green beans, kid corn, mushrooms, water chestnuts, (any combination). Sautee beside vegetable or canola oil, and season beside ginger, soy sauce, garlic, and/or a squeeze of citrus... serve over rice.

Try this one....spicy, super easy, speedy. Low fat too!

Take plain, trimmed boneless, skinless chicken breasts and shake them contained by a packet of taco seasoning mix.

Place them in a casserole dish sprayed beside non-stick cooking spray like Pam.

Bake at 350 until done 20-45 minutes depending on the size of the chicken.

At the finishing 10 minutes, add a few hygienic scoops of salsa to the chicken and scorch more until hot. Top with low curvy sour cream and low fat cheddar shreds.

Serve over brown rice.

It's meaty, starchy, spicy and innards. And very low portly.

If your are watching carbs you can substitute broccoli for the rice.
1 lg can of V8, 1 pouch of frozen veggie mix, barley or pasta and season to taste.
Super nifty, easy, hygienic and cheap
